Chinook is at the base of LZ Tiger April 1968.
It was shot down on 19 April 1968 during the initial assault into the A Shau. It came down over the top of Mike Dubberly (AC) and Bob Witt (CP) while they were picking up a shot down C model crew from D/227 in the valley at the base of LZ Tiger. Mike received the Silver Star.
